The ISCA Ambassador Program reduces the cost of conference registration in exchange for a minimum of four (4) hours of service during the conference. If approved for the Ambassador Program, you are entitled to the Ambassador Registration rate of $199 for the two day conference (or $99 for student volunteers).
Eligibility & Guidelines
Ambassadors must be current ISCA members as of July 1, 2026.
Ambassadors must complete the volunteer application by the deadline of July 1, 2026.
Applicants will be notified of their status by July 31, 2026.
Ambassadors must attend a mandatory training on Zoom which will be held Saturday, November 7 at 10am.
Ambassador Duties
ISCA Ambassadors serve as room moderators for breakout sessions. Duties include:
Reading a short script with announcements at the start of each session.
Introducing the session presenter.
Closing the door when sessions begin.
Reporting technical issues or room setup issues to event organizers.
Taking a count of the number of people who attended the session.
