The Illinois School Counselor Association (ISCA) recognizes that professional development is critical for every school counselor to be able to deliver relevant and current professional, legal, and ethical best practices for every student in Illinois.  ISCA also recognizes the challenges posed for school counselors to be out of their building.  With these points in mind, the ISCA Annual Conference strives to provide effective and high-quality professional development at the lowest cost possible.
