REGISTRATION

Registration fees include:
  • Access to all breakout sessions, keynotes, and social functions
  • Breakfast and Lunch on 11/12/26
  • Breakfast and Lunch on 11/13/26

Additional Fees (Not Included in Conference Registration)
  • Parking: $14 for self-parking and $25 for valet parking
  • Transportation (train, mileage, etc.)
  • Dinner
  • Hotel Accommodations
    • $154 per night plus taxes and fees
    • After 10/21/26, the prevailing rate of the hotel applies

Registration Rate Eligibility Guidelines
Member Early Bird Rate
Must be a current ISCA professional or affiliate member who registers before 11:59pm on May 29.

Member Regular Rate
Must be a current ISCA professional or affiliate member who registers after May 29.

Non-Member Rate
Open to school counselors who are not members of ISCA or whose membership has expired. Includes a one-year ISCA membership valid from November 12, 2026 through November 11, 2027.

Student Rate
Must be a current ISCA student member.

Presenters - Members Rate
Must be a current ISCA professional or affiliate member whose Call for Proposals submission was selected by the committee. Must be named on the original proposal to qualify for this rate.

Presenters - Non-Members Rate
Must have a Call for Proposals submission selected by the committee and must be named on the original proposal to qualify for this rate.

Ambassadors - School Counselors
Must be a current ISCA professional member who applied and was accepted into the Ambassador Program.

Ambassadors - Students
Must be a current ISCA student member who applied and was accepted into the Ambassador Program.
