EXHIBIT DETAILS

Each exhibit table includes one six foot table, two chairs, and access to wifi. Electricity is available for an additional fee and may be purchased at the time of registration.

EXHIBIT DISPLAY GUIDELINES

Please limit your exhibit display to the area of your exhibit table. Tabletop displays are permitted. Freestanding floor banners are acceptable depending upon table location and space. Exhibitors are permitted to provide any type of literature, giveaways, raffle prizes, etc.

SHIPPING

The Bloomington-Normal Marriott will accept shipments of displays and materials after November 8, 2026. Sponsors/exhibitors must complete the shipping form. There is no fee for shipping packages up to 36" x 24" x 24". Larger boxes or display cases are $50 each, and pallets are $75 each.

The shipping form will be posted soon.

CONDUCT

Sponsor and exhibitor name badges may not be exchanged between individuals.
Sponsors and exhibitors will be served their included meals at their exhibit tables.
Sponsors and exhibitors are expected to adhere to the Sponsor/Exhibitor Policies.
Sponsors and exhibitors are expected to adhere to the ISCA Conference Code of Conduct.

Exhibit Hours

Exhibitors are expected to be set up and have their tables staffed at all times. Do not tear-down your exhibit until after 2:10pm on Friday, November 13.
