Each exhibit table includes one six foot table, two chairs, and access to wifi. Electricity is available for an additional fee and may be purchased at the time of registration.

Please limit your exhibit display to the area of your exhibit table. Tabletop displays are permitted. Freestanding floor banners are acceptable depending upon table location and space. Exhibitors are permitted to provide any type of literature, giveaways, raffle prizes, etc.

The Bloomington-Normal Marriott will accept shipments of displays and materials beginning November 9, 2026.

Please clearly mark the outside of your packages with the contents (exhibit materials, tote bag items, etc.) so we can ensure accurate placement of your shipments. Address and ship the packages to:

Exhibitors are expected to be set up and have their tables staffed throughout the conference. We ask that you leave your exhibit open through 3pm on Friday, November 13 to allow one final chance for attendees to connect with you.
